Monthly drives

Coalition for Advancement and REinvestment is committed to reenergizing the community spirit and helping those in need. There are several number of drives planned throughout the year. These drives provide the opportunity for you to make a difference within your community and help the most vulnerable among us with your donations. 

January 1 - December 31

Food justice is an important part of community justice.  This need has been  magnified  by the COVID-19 pandemic. Through your continuous generous donations, and from local businesses, we collect food items to fight hunger. Help us help the vulnerable, children and families with emergency food needs by donating food items. The food drive occurs throughout the year as food items are donated. 

March 1- April 30

CARE Foundations Inc, is spearheading an initiative to help our homeless community. Please help us to fill 50 (if not more) Backpacks for the homeless with clothing and other essential items by April 30, 2021. Collection Period: from March 1 - April 30.

April 11 - May 8

 CARE Foundations Inc. is reaching out to the community to help those affected and displaced by the La Soufriere Volcano eruption in St. Vincent and The Grenadines. Collection starts April 11. 2021. 

May 1 - June 30

We are collecting diapers and wipes for mothers and elderly in need. No child or adult should be without the basic necessities. To donate, please purchase and send diapers to our location or donate through our donate button.

July 1 - August 31

We are anticipating that schools will be moving back to in-person learning, We are planning our annual School Supplies Drive beginning July. As the post COVID recovery evolves, if things changes we will consider another fundraiser to benefit the kids of our community. 

September 1 - October 31

 Our mission is to provide free coats, hats, gloves and blankets  to the Homeless population. Help us help the most vulnerable population get through the cold weather months by  donating new or gently worn Coates, hats, gloves and blankets. You can make monetary donations also. Items can be shipped to or dropped off at our main location. 

November 1 - November 22

CARE Foundations Inc. is hosting a food drive to provide Turkey meals to those in need. We are collecting all size Turkeys. Additional items being accepted: Non-perishable gravy, pasta, vegetables, instant mashed potatoes, canned fruit, canned corn, water, etc. Collection period: November 1 - 22.  

December 1 - December 31

 We will be collecting toys and new or used books to help comfort children in crisis situations. You may donate by purchasing and sending items to our main location.
